EXPLANATION TEXT ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

I. Data Controller and Representative:

In accordance with the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698, your personal data; as data controller, by ÖZER FERMUAR (“Our Company”) within the scope explained below

II. Purpose of Processing Personal Data:

IV. Method and Legal Reason for Personal Data Collection:

Your personal data, by our Company in any verbal, written or electronic media, in line with the above-mentioned purposes; It is collected in order to provide and develop the products and services offered, to carry out our commercial activities, and to fulfill our Company's contractual and legal responsibilities completely and accurately. 9. In the event that personal data is damaged due to unlawful processing, it has the right to demand the compensation of the damage.

VI. Data security:
